The Relationship
Sleepwise came to Evocate needing two things at once: a more reliable platform and a partner to run it. The relationship began in 2023 with a server migration and managed services agreement, and quickly grew into a full move from G Suite to Microsoft 365, including theHub intranet. For a healthcare provider, downtime and data integrity are not abstract risks, so Sleepwise wanted a partner that could both make the change and stand behind it afterwards.
The Work
- Server migration and managed services (2023): Evocate migrated Sleepwise’s server environment and took on ongoing managed services, becoming the team Sleepwise calls when something needs attention
- G Suite to Microsoft 365 migration (2023): email and data were migrated off Google Workspace into Microsoft 365
- theHub intranet: deployed theHub as the company intranet, giving staff a single place for news and resources
Why the Relationship Endures
Cross-platform email and data migrations are where most projects come unstuck. Moving from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 means reconciling two different ways of handling mail, files, and identity, and doing it without losing anything a clinical business depends on. Sleepwise stayed with Evocate because the migration landed cleanly and the managed services arrangement meant there was never a gap between “project finished” and “who supports this now”. One partner planned the move, executed it, and kept the lights on.
What This Means for Other Clients
Sleepwise shows that Evocate can take an organisation off a competing ecosystem and re-establish it on Microsoft 365 without operational disruption, then keep running it. For any business weighing a platform change, the lesson is that migration and managed services belong together. A migration handled by one team and supported by another leaves a seam where problems hide; keeping both under one roof removes it. The pattern is simple: move it properly once, then look after it.
