The Relationship
Go Farm operates in agribusiness investment, where assets, data, and performance must be tracked carefully across a dispersed operation. Evocate’s relationship with Go Farm began in 2024 with a Dropbox migration and the rollout of theHub intranet, then extended into a performance tracker. The path moved from getting files into a proper, governed home to giving the business a clearer view of how it was performing.
The Work
- 2024, Dropbox migration and theHub intranet: Evocate migrated Go Farm’s content out of Dropbox and deployed theHub, replacing scattered file storage with a structured intranet on the Microsoft platform
- Performance tracker: Evocate built a performance tracking capability so Go Farm could monitor the metrics that matter to its investment operations in one place
Why the Relationship Endures
Dropbox is fine for storing files and poor for running a business: there is no structure, no governance, and no single source of truth. Go Farm came to Evocate to fix exactly that, and theHub gave them a real intranet instead of a folder dump. The follow-on performance tracker is the proof of trust. Having organised the foundation, Go Farm asked Evocate to help them see and act on their own data. One partner moved them from storage to insight.
What This Means for Other Clients
Go Farm shows Evocate can lift an organisation off consumer-grade tools like Dropbox and onto a structured Microsoft platform, then build the tools that turn organised data into oversight. For agribusiness and investment-led organisations, the lesson is that good information foundations make performance tracking possible. You cannot report on what you cannot find. The relationship endures because Evocate solved the foundation first, then built on it.
