The Relationship
Cohealth is a community health provider with a large, frontline workforce that depends on getting to information without friction. The relationship with Evocate began in 2017 with a SharePoint SLA and support arrangement, with Evocate becoming the team Cohealth trusted to keep its platform healthy. Over time that support relationship matured into delivering theHub intranet, later refined through a variation as Cohealth’s needs evolved.
The Work
- 2017, SharePoint SLA and support: ongoing SharePoint support under a service level agreement, keeping the platform stable and responsive
- theHub intranet, later variation: delivered theHub as Cohealth’s intranet, then adjusted it through a variation to keep pace with how the organisation works
Why the Relationship Endures
Support relationships reveal a partner’s true character. Responsiveness, reliability, and judgement show up day after day, not just at launch. Cohealth stayed with Evocate because years of dependable SharePoint support built the trust needed to hand over something as visible as the company intranet. The later variation is telling: rather than treating theHub as done, Cohealth and Evocate kept improving it. That is a relationship, not a transaction.
What This Means for Other Clients
Cohealth shows that Evocate earns bigger engagements through consistent support. A reliable SLA is not just risk insurance, it is how a partner demonstrates it can be trusted with more. For community and health organisations with large frontline teams, the lesson is that a well-run intranet built on a well-supported platform keeps staff connected to what they need. The relationship endures because Evocate showed up, consistently, and then built on that trust.
