In 2022 Evocate delivered a combined intranet, document management and transformation engagement on Microsoft 365:
- theHub intranet: branded to AusHealth, as the single front door for news, resources and navigation

- Digital transformation: broader work to modernise ways of working on Microsoft 365
- Content structure: content held in governed SharePoint Online libraries
- Training and handover: so staff could adopt the new platform confidently
Outcomes

DocsEvo brings discipline to document management: consistent storage, control and findability for the material the organisation relies on. The wider transformation modernised how the team works day to day on Microsoft 365, with content held in structured, secure libraries.
